- What are the mandatory pre-requisites to claim Refund?
As per our return/refund policy we request you to send the product preferably through courier in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging and invoice in an unwashed and undamaged condition to our local UK address, which will be provided to you by our Customer Care Executive. You are requested to drop a mail to our Customer Care at email@example.com
Shopglobe does not facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 14 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be refunded in the form of one time Gift Card. NOTE: In case we don’t receive your product within 14 days, your refund request would be cancelled.
2. Under what conditions will Refunds be provided?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund:
- Wrong product has been shipped
- Defective product has been received by you
- Claim for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase

- Products do not have tags intact, have been washed

6. Can I return a part of my order?
- Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product returned needs to be returned in saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging and invoice in an unwashed and undamaged condition
- However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns
7. How long will the refund process take?
- Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. The refund process is initiated within 2 days after Quality Check
8. If I return the product how will I get back the courier charges?
Once your product is returned and Quality Check is done for the received product, your shipping charges would be reimbursed.
